What is ADHD Coaching?
From time to time, we could all use a little help. An ADHD Life Coach can help clients identify goals, reach their full potential and guide them to move their life forward. At ADHD Coaching with Seta, we work with clients to identify barriers, gain greater self-awareness, and design strategies to assist them in achieving their goals. Coaching for parents and families is also available to encourage active support networks. An ADHD Coach undergoes specific training to coach anyone presenting with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) or similar traits.

Meet Seta
Hi! I’m Seta, and I have ADHD. Though my personal and professional lives have been filled with accomplishments, it wasn’t until my daughter’s ADHD diagnosis that I began to notice the pattern of my own struggles with attention and focus. Suddenly, I recalled some of the difficult experiences I’d had in elementary school, college, and even in the workplace as an adult. Once I received my diagnosis, I was finally able to understand just how deeply ADHD has impacted me both personally and professionally. This realization was LIFE-CHANGING!
After hours of research, scouring the internet looking for tools to help my daughter and me, I came across a training program for ADHD Certified Life Coaching. I knew then that I’d found my calling. My combined background in Human Resources and ADHD Life Coaching allows me to partner with clients in a non-judgmental manner. I specialize in helping teens and adults with ADHD to set goals, achieve their dreams, and live their lives as authentically as possible. In addition, I coach parents on gaining personal clarity and self-care as a parent of an ADHD teen.
Seta Marangoudakis graduated from American International College in 2000 with a Masters of Arts Degree in Human Resource Development and the International ADHD Coach Training Center in September 2020. Seta’s professional background has been in the area of Human Resources within the aerospace industry. She is an ADHD Life Coach certified through the International ADHD Coach Training Center and an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. She is currently working towards her Brain Health Professional Certification through the Amen Clinics, Inc.
